On the 16th March we held parade rehearsal in the school where the children marched behind the school banner and also performed for their parents in the school yard. This included Irish dancing, tin whistle playing and the singing of Amhràn na bhFiann. Johnny Ryan was also present to raise the tricolour as the National Anthem was sung. The following day the school took part in the Littleton parade and the children were delighted to win the school’s category. Well done to all!!
