Congratulations to David Ryan who won gold & the National title in the Boys U/14 Indoor Combined Events Championships in the newly built AIT Arena in Athlone on Saturday last, 26th January. Jack Fallon (Ex Pupil) came 3rd in the same event. David & Jack competed in the 60m Hurdles, Long Jump, High Jump, Shot Putt & 800m with David taking the title by a single point from Padraig Nash, Belgooly, Cork. It was a great day of competition with David setting 4 new pbs in his events. Daniel Ryan (Ex Pupil) won gold & the National title in the Boys U/15 Indoor Combined Events Championships.
