We are having great fun celebrating Maths Week in Scoil Mochaomhóg Naofa this week. Today, each class participated in a Maths Trail, or ‘Treasure Hunt’ as it was referred to by one of the children. The teachers created Maths Trails which involved the children navigating their way around the school grounds using a Map. The children stopped at various points to solve Mathematical clues. It was great fun.
