Ms Cussen’s class and Mrs McGinley’s class are undertaking the Incredible Edibles project. As part of this they will grow a number of fruits, vegetables and herbs. They are learning all about food origin, looking for the Bord Bia approved mark on the products they buy while shopping and will even cook and eat the results of their planting. They must keep a log of their activities. We are looking forward to watching our fruit, vegetables and herbs grow.
