Junior and Senior infants headed to Castlecomer Discovery Park for their school tour. Despite the wet weather they had a great day! The day began with a session on the boucing nets. The children really enjoyed these. This was followed by a lovely hot lunch of chips and chicken goujons or sausages. Our next activity was a nature walk and scavenger hunt, the chileren shared their knoweldge with our leader Niamh and learnt from her also. The day ended with an ice cream and a play in the elf village. The children had a great day and went home wrecked!
