We encourage all parents/guardians to utilise our Online Absence Report Form which can be found here or by clicking on the Absence Form page above. This online form replaces the need to submit a written note to your child’s teacher (traditionally known as the pink form in our school). It is a quick and easy method of notifying us when your child is absent.

Thursday 4th October was national tree day. As part of this we received a Guelder Rose Sapling to plant. Junior Infants, Senior Infants 3rd and 4th class came together on Friday to plant the sapling in a pot. We are going to plant this in the school grounds at a later date. We identified the different parts of a tree, what trees need to grow and looked up what our sapling will look like when it is fully grown. The students of the week from each class helped to plant the sapling. This is a step towards our Biodiversity Green Flag.
